Driver charged over woman's death

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a three-vehicle collision in Hampshire.

Michael Stewart, 76, from Patmore Link Road, Hemel Hempstead, was bailed to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on 17 November.

His passenger Linda Williams, 61, from Weston-super-Mare, died at the scene, on the A338 at Breamore, in April.

A Salisbury man, 52, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and bailed until 27 November.
