Hundreds of bikers paid their tributes to Mr Fennemore

Hundreds of bikers have paid tribute to the late 68-year-old founder of a popular Harley Davidson riders club with a procession through Portsmouth.

Michael Fennemore, 68, of Westbourne, near Emsworth, was the president of Eagle Riders Harley Davidson club. He died from a heart attack on 4 July.

The motorbike procession left St Mary's Church, Fratton, on Wednesday and finished at Portchester Crematorium.

Mr Fennemore's wife Maria said she "cannot imagine life without him".

Karl Savage, from the Eagle Riders club, added: "He was very well known, loved and respected throughout the motorcycle community, locally, nationally, and even in Europe.

"He was instrumental in arranging events to support many charitable causes, such as Help for Heroes and Race for Life, as well as lots of other local charities, and schools in the community."
