Bayldon admitted three counts of wilful misconduct in public office

A policeman who had sex with a woman while on duty and propositioned another woman after she had been arrested has been jailed for four months.
Pc Gary Bayldon, 48, admitted three counts of wilful misconduct in public office at Kingston Crown Court.
Bayldon, from Newport, Isle of Wight, who was suspended from duty on full pay from Hampshire police, has resigned after almost 19 years service.
He was facing a disciplinary hearing, which will now not take place.
The court heard he met 34-year-old community care worker Donna Cacutt after she called police to her home on the Isle of Wight.
Barry Gregory, prosecuting, told the court Bayldon, who was one of the attending officers, started a relationship with Ms Cacutt, which later ended with "some acrimony".
"He would visit her at her home, she would make him dinner and then they would have sex afterwards," Mr Gregory said.
They met in the evenings between September 2004 and 2005 - around the time Bayldon's 20-year-old marriage was breaking down, a jury heard.

People look up to you - you abused that trust

Bayldon met the second woman, mother-of-two Suzanne Dunkling, 37, after being called to a domestic incident involving her boyfriend at her home in October 2005, the court heard.
When he arrested her and took her to the police station he told her she was "gorgeous", according to Mr Gregory.
He confessed to her he was deliberately using a fingerprinting machine incorrectly so he could touch her, Mr Gregory told the court.
He added Ms Dunkling felt "on edge and unsure of what to do".
Bayldon then kissed her when he gave her a lift home in a police van.
Judge Charles Tilling said to Bayldon: "You as a police officer have very considerable power and the respect of the community you serve in.
"People look up to you. You abused that trust."
