Man charged over girl's abduction
A man has been charged with abduction after a girl who went missing from her Portsmouth home was found in Northern Ireland two days later.

The 13-year-old, who disappeared after leaving her home on 5 August, was later reunited with her family.

A 21-year-old man has been charged with an offence under the Child Abduction Act of 1984, Hampshire police said.

The accused man has been bailed to appear before Portsmouth magistrates on 4 September.
