A fourth person has been charged following the murder of a 94-year-old woman whose charred remains were found next to a suitcase on Friday 13 July.
Lucasz Gajda, 25, from Ealing, west London, has appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court charged with assisting in the murder of Thea Zaudy.
Her body was found by police at Milton Common, near Thame in Oxfordshire.
A Polish cleaner, her son, and his son's girlfriend have also been charged in connection with the murder.
Victim fled Germany
On Saturday, Jolanta Kalinowska, 41, her 23-year-old son, Adrian Ryszard Laz, and 19-year-old Monika Sienkiewicz, his son's girlfriend, all of Cavendish Avenue in Ealing, west London, appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court.
Ms Kalinowska is charged with the pensioner's murder, and her son and Ms Sienkiewicz are charged with assisting her.
Police believe the suitcase had been used to transport Mrs Zaudy's body.
Mrs Zaudy's relatives, who live abroad, said in a statement after her death: "Thea fled Germany in 1939 and came to Britain where she met and married her husband, Karl.
"She helped him run a carpet shop which she continued to run by herself after his death.
"She then worked for another 13 years at a large department store in London, finally retiring at the age of 74."
All four people have been remanded in custody.
