Smash and grab raid on jewellers
Robert Alan Jewellers
The gang fled in a blue Honda after the raid
Three thieves who used a drain cover to smash the window of a jeweller's in Hampshire are being hunted by police.

After breaking in to Robert Alan Jewellers in Station Road, New Milton, the three men then stole items from the window display.

A police spokesman said the gang, who were all wearing balaclavas, then fled in a blue Honda Accord which was later found burnt out nearby.

Anyone who saw the robbery on Saturday evening is asked to contact police.
