A ferry has been taken out of service following a collision with a bunker barge in Hampshire.
The Red Eagle, operated by Red Funnel Ferries, collided with Humber Energy in the Thorne Channel, near Southampton Water, on Thursday evening.
Coastguards said nobody was injured and neither vessel was badly damaged.
Red Funnel apologised for any disruption caused by the Red Eagle being taken out of operation but said other services were running normally.
The Humber Energy, run by Whittaker Tank Ships, has been berthed in Fawley.
Richard Pellew, of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, said: "Having examined the minor damage sustained to the Red Eagle we are advising Red Funnel on the repair work the ferry needs before it can resume normal service.
"At this stage it is too soon to establish exactly what happened."
