Brit graduate wins US Apprentice
Donald Trump and Sean Yazbeck
Sean Yazbeck beat 17 other contestants
A British graduate has won the US version of the reality TV business show The Apprentice.

Sean Yazbeck, 33, a Londoner who graduated from Southampton Solent University with a first, was told "you're hired" by tycoon Donald Trump.

Mr Yazbeck, who has lived in Miami for six years, will get a six-figure salary while working for Mr Trump.

The recruitment consultant beat 17 rivals after arranging a concert to help the World Wildlife Fund.

Mr Yazbeck, who won a head-to-head final in front of a live audience at Los Angeles's Orpheum theatre, will now oversee the development of the Trump International Hotel and Tower.

The 50-storey hotel in New York is expected to be completed in 2008.

After winning he declared: "I'm going to show you as soon as possible that you made the right decision.

"I'm going to work my fingers to the bone and I'm going to make you richer than you are already."
