Woman in unexplained death named

A 25-year-old woman found dead in unexplained circumstances at a marina apartment in Hampshire has been named.

Louise Tupper, from Hythe near Southampton, was pronounced dead at a flat in Channel Way, in Ocean Village, Southampton, at 0230BST last Thursday.

A post-mortem examination into her death proved inconclusive and further tests are now being conducted.

A 33-year-old local man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on bail while inquiries continue.

The discovery was the second suspicious death in the area after a man's body was found three weeks ago, police said.
