Man killed in hit-and-run named
Yichuan Tan
Mr Tan's family have been notified and are travelling to England
A 24-year-old man killed in a hit-and-run on the M27 in Hampshire has been named by police.

Yichuan Tan, from the Hunan Province in China, died when his Skoda plunged over the 40ft (12m) motorway embankment.

Police believe a dark BMW had slammed into the back of the Skoda between junction one and two on Saturday evening, knocking it off the road.

Mr Tan had been staying in Poole in Dorset. Preparations are being made for his family to come to England.

The driver, who is also from Dorset, suffered non-life threatening injuries in the crash.

The BMW fled the scene and police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
