Woman denies 'truncheon boasts'
Pc Mark Witcher and Pc Andrew Lang
The woman's children were asleep at the time of the alleged rape
A woman who alleges she was raped by two police officers has denied bragging about their "truncheons" to friends in the pub two weeks later, a court hears.

Pc Mark Witcher and Pc Andrew Lang based at Guildford police station are accused of attacking the 23-year-old mother of three at her home in Surrey.

The Surrey policemen are standing trial at Winchester Crown Court for rape, indecent assault and wilful misconduct.

The officers, both from Hampshire, deny all charges against them.

I was ashamed of what had been done to me
Alleged victim, giving evidence

Under cross-examination by Anthony Chinn, QC, representing Pc Witcher, the victim denied joking about the incident with friends.

Mr Chinn suggested the victim had bragged that a policeman had "pulled out his truncheon" and that she had had a threesome with the two officers.

But he added she had become ashamed of her actions when people started to call her names.

The victim, who is now 25 and cannot be named for legal reasons, said: "I was not ashamed of what I had done but ashamed of what had been done to me."

The trial continues.
