Priests' concern over Bishop's College plan

The Diocese of Gloucester says it is concerned about plans to close Gloucester's only remaining Church of England secondary school.

A government advisor has recommended Bishop's College is closed and merged with Central Technology College.

Now 21 Anglican priests have written to the education board of the Diocese of Gloucester saying the college should be kept open.

Parents and pupils staged a protest outside the school on Friday.
