Rent grants to boost new business

First year rent grants of 50% are to be offered to new businesses starting up within the borough of Cheltenham.

The initiative from Cheltenham Business Pride offers a maximum of £2,500.

To be eligible for a payment, firms must be within the first three years of trading and must employ fewer than 100 full-time staff.

Businesses hoping to take advantage of the grants will need to meet the council's economic development team to discuss an application.
