Extra textile recycling banks are being introduced in Gloucestershire to raise funds for the county's air ambulance.
The service costs £1.3m annually and for every ton of textiles collected, up to £250 will be donated to the charity.
Five new banks have been placed at household recycling centres where people can deposit their unwanted clothes, shoes and mobile phones.
In December residents in Tewkesbury raised more than £2,700 for the service, which is based in Strensham.
