Cigarettes taken in car park raid

Cigarettes and other items valued at more than £4,000 have been taken during a robbery outside a cash-and-carry in Gloucester.

The female victim had left the store in Barnett Way on Thursday afternoon and realised her vehicle had a flat tyre.

As she opened the boot two men approached and pushed her to the ground before taking her goods.

The suspects are described as Asian, aged about 35, and of stocky and medium builds.

Anyone who witnessed the robbery in the car park of Booker's cash and carry at 1500 GMT is asked to contact police or Crimestoppers.
