The son of pop star Bryan Ferry is to appear in court charged with robbery and common assault.

Otis Ferry, 25, will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on 7 May after an incident in Lower Swell, Gloucestershire in November 2007.

It is believed Mr Ferry, from Shrewsbury, was riding with the Heythrop Hunt from Witney, Oxfordshire.

He is alleged to have confronted two women and tried to stop them filming the hunt by seizing camera equipment.
