A thief who walked into a Cheltenham school and stole a purse from a handbag in a staff room is being sought by the Gloucester force.
The incident, at Christ College in Arle Road on Monday morning, is being linked to another similar burglary at Crypt School in Gloucester last November.
Police have released CCTV images of a smartly-dressed man seen at both premises at the time of the thefts.
He has short dark hair and is seen wearing a suit and tie.
