Missing farm woman search ended

Mrs Prout was last seen at her home in Redmarley on 5 November
Gloucestershire police have completed their search of a farm at Redmarley, Forest of Dean, for missing 55-year-old woman Kate Prout.

Officers spent five weeks conducting a search of the 200-acre farm.

Mrs Prout's husband Adrian Prout, 45, who was arrested and released without charge, remains on bail while police carry out further inquiries.

Mrs Prout, disappeared on 5 November. Detectives are trying to establish whether criminal activity was involved.

Police are renewing their appeal for anyone who may know of Mrs Prout's whereabouts to contact them.

She is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall and of medium build.
