Road closed after gas blast risk
The farm house
The occupants of the farm house have moved out temporarily
Part of the A38 in Gloucestershire has been closed after a fire broke out in a farm workshop containing gas cylinders.

The road between Berkeley Heath and Berkeley Road is expected to be out of action for most of the day while the oxy-acetylene tanks cool down.

Diversions are in operation for light vehicles, but there are further restrictions for HGVs.

Police said the closure was to allow fire crews to control the blaze and to protect people in case of an explosion.

The occupants of the farmhouse have moved out while the emergency services deal with incident.
