Tall ships plan for city festival
A Tall Ships festival is to take place in Gloucester this autumn.

The move is part of a package to bring visitors back after the flooding crisis and the Regional Development Agency is giving 70,000 towards the event.

Some six tall ships are likely to be on display at the event, which will take place from 25 to 28 October at the city's docks.

Greg Smith, of the Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company, told BBC News it would be a wonderful event.
