Police are continuing the search for Mitchell Taylor, 19, from Tewkesbury, who has been missing since Saturday.
A force spokesman said it was too early to say whether Mr Taylor's disappearance was flood-related.
He vanished after leaving Montell's Nightclub in Tewkesbury High Street at 0100 BST on Saturday as water levels started to rise.
Mr Taylor is 5' 10" tall, dark brown hair and dark eyes and was wearing a hooded top when he disappeared.
It is possible that he may have been wearing a thigh length brown wax jacket as well.
