Cancer charity launches cash bid
The charity Maggie's Cancer Caring Centres is launching a 3m campaign.

The Cheltenham-based charity wants to raise the cash to build and run a base for cancer sufferers in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

It wants people living in the counties to help raise 500,000 initially, to convert and extend the Cheltenham Bath Lodge.

Maggie's centres aim to help cancer sufferers to be as healthy as possible and to aid recovery.
