A man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to managing a brothel in Cheltenham.
The judge, sitting at Gloucester Crown Court recommended Ben Lin, 37, should then be deported to China.
"This man was involved in using females who had been trafficked into the United Kingdom," said DC Dave Clare-Gray, of the Major Investigation Team.
"He was responsible for bringing them to the county where they were sexually exploited for his own financial gain."
The Gloucestershire Police Major Incident Team used specially-trained officers in dealing with the victims.
"They had undergone a terrible ordeal and we were sympathetic to their individual needs," said DC Clare-Gray.
"This is not about the victimisation of women forced to work in this environment, it is about supporting these women who have no other choice once they are trafficked into the country," he added.
