Gloucester is the cheapest city in the UK for cocaine, crack cocaine and cannabis, according to a charity.
DrugScope found the average price of cannabis is £35 per ounce compared to £100 in Cardiff for the same amount.
Heroin and crack are 50% cheaper than last year, as dealers have been targeting the area, said the charity.
A police spokesperson said they have carried out numerous raids on suspected drug dealers each year and that they will continue to make further arrests.
Drive down crime
"One notable raid recently took £50,000 worth of Class A drugs off the streets and we're taking the fight against crime right into the homes of those who we believe are behind it.
"We will not give up on our commitment of making life for drug suppliers and takers as difficult as possible - those people who are engaging in such activity should realise it is unacceptable.
"I can assure people we will continue to make further arrests in the future, and will also be carrying out follow up work in the form of high-visibility patrols, drug searches, and treatment for drug abusers.
"There will be no let up on our part to drive down crime and antisocial behaviour and provide a better quality of life for our communities."
DrugScope surveyed 80 drug agencies and police forces across 20 UK locations for its study.
