A paper recycling facility in Cheltenham could be removed if vandals continue to target it.
Cheltenham Borough Council says the recycling bins, in Charlton Kings, hold paper and have been set alight twice in the past two weeks.
The bin, at Six Ways Car Park on London Road, has been repeatedly targeted over the past few years.
The last two incidents have caused damage put at £500. The fire service is urging people to be vigilant.
