People in Gloucester are being invited to discuss regeneration plans for a former industrial site in the city.
A public exhibition on old Wellman Graham and St Gobain factory sites opens on Friday.
The city council wants to see a mix of uses to include mainly residential housing with some commercial use and public open spaces.
Commercial Estates Group is leading the plans to revamp the 15-acre plot which includes a former chemicals plant.
Development manager Nick Lee said: "A series of studies will also be commissioned to establish the level of site contamination, which we anticipate will require significant investment to ensure an effective clean up.
"In addition landscape, archaeological and traffic assessments will be carried out along with ecological studies."
A series of open days and exhibitions are planned as part of an ongoing public consultation programme.
This weekend, people will be able to meet the developers and voice their thoughts on the future of the site.
