Travel warning for football fans
Football fans heading to the FA Cup final in Cardiff have been warned to expect some delays on the West's roads.

More than 70,000 Manchester United and Arsenal supporters are expected to travel to and from the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.

Possible traffic hotspots highlighted by the Highways Agency include roadworks on the M5 in Gloucestershire and the M4 between Bath and Bristol.

The agency advised people to plan ahead and allow extra time for their journey.

Roadworks which could cause hold-ups in the region include:

  • M5, Junction 11 to 11a, between Gloucester and Cheltenham
  • M4, Junctions 14 to 18, between Bath and Hungerford
  • M5, Junctions 17 to 18a, between Bath and Bristol
