A second man has been arrested over the death of a 16-year-old boy in a crash in the Forest of Dean.
Martin Ball was killed in a four-car pile-up on the B4234 between the barracks and Speech House last Friday.
The 18-year-old driver of one of the vehicles has been detained on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to provide a breath test.
Another man, aged 25, was arrested earlier. Both have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Martin was a former pupil of Wyedean school and since leaving in June had been working as an apprentice carpet fitter.
His father Jim, 42, said: "Martin was just a normal teenager.
"He liked socialising and being out with his mates, he was independent but always kept in touch with me, especially if he was going to stay out overnight."
