Man is killed in quad bike crash

A man has died after the quad bike he was riding crashed at Gatcombe Park in Gloucestershire.

Emergency services were called to the estate, near Minchinhampton, on Sunday evening after reports a man had fallen from a four-wheeled motorbike.

Daniel Brookman, 20, from West Kington near Chippenham, later died in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

A 20-year-old man from Chippenham has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

He was released on police bail until 25 October pending further inquiries.
