Plans to transform Gloucester Docks, which includes new squares and prominades, are being submitted to Gloucester City Council today.
The £7m proposed facelift could see temporrary car parking replaced with new facilities.
New paving, using stone from the Forest of Dean may also been introduced next to housing and offices if the plan is given approval by the City Council.
Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company are behind the plans.
