Police name diving tragedy victim

A man who died in a diving accident near Tewkesbury last weekend has been named by police.

David Moore, from Hampshire, was taken to Cheltenham General Hospital on Friday after he became trapped underwater.

The 29-year-old had been working on the lock at Upper Lode, Gloucestershire, when the accident happened.

Both the police and the Health and Safety Executive are investigating.
