Children's worst road is in Bath
A road in Bath has been named as the worst in the South West for children to cross by two transport lobby groups.

Transport 2000 and Living Streets asked children across the country to nominate streets which they found dangerous to cross.

Julian Road was nominated by the pupils of Class 5, St Andrews Primary School because of poor visibility caused by parked lorries.

Staplegrove Road, Taunton and Old Bath Road, Cheltenham, were runners-up.

Phoebe Brunt, 8, nominated Old Bath Road because of the high speeds motorists drive on it.

Asia Harvey, 7, nominated Staplegrove Road because of poor visibility.
