Body found in car at beauty spot

Police have sealed off a Cotswold beauty spot after the discovery of a man's body in a car.

Detectives, who say they are treating the death as "unexplained", have called in a pathologist to examine the body.

The dead man was found in the parked car at Barrow Wake, a picnic site on the edge of the Cotswolds, at 0840 GMT on Tuesday.

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers are investigating, but are keeping an open mind at this stage."

The body is believed to be that of a 45-year-old man.
