Man remanded on terror charges
A man was remanded in custody after appearing in court on charges of conspiring to carry out terrorist attacks.

Sajid Badat, 24, who was arrested in Gloucester in November, was ordered to return to the Old Bailey for a further hearing after appearing on Thursday.

Badat faces a charge he unlawfully and maliciously conspired to cause an explosion likely to endanger life or cause serious injury.

He will re-appear at the Old Bailey on 12 April.
