Man bailed over six sex assaults

A 35-year-old man from Essex has been bailed after being arrested on suspicion of six sexual assaults.

The man, from Bergholt Road, Colchester, was originally held over one incident, but has since been interviewed about five more.

He has since been released on police bail until 1 September, following the incidents, police said.

A spokesman said police are also investigating other offences and are appealing for anyone with information.
