M25 shut for second day running

Traffic is suffering serious disruption in Essex for the second morning running after a major crash on the M25.

The road is closed anti-clockwise between junctions 27 and 28 for the A12 and M11 so wreckage can be recovered.

Traffic is being taken south to the A406 North Orbital and back north on the A12 to return to the M25.

Police have also appealed for witnesses to a crash on Thursday morning involving a highways maintenance lorry, a tanker that overturned, and a van.
