Firefighters are tackling a blaze on an industrial estate in Essex.

The fire broke out at a packaging company on the Widford Industrial Estate in Chelmsford.

An Essex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Firefighters are tackling the blaze using two jets and the aerial ladder platform monitor."

The spokesman said the building, measuring about 75m by 50m, was about 25% alight but steady progess was being made to bring the fire under control.
