Fine for texting tip-off driver
A lorry driver has been fined 60 after being spotted by police texting and using his mobile phone while travelling on the A12 in Essex.

Another motorist had earlier tipped off police that the driver, aged 39, was using his mobile phone near Mark's Tey.

Essex Police caught up with the lorry 12 miles further on and arrested him.

Vigintas Pouilaitis from Lithuania, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates for using a mobile phone while driving, causing him to not be in control.
