Reward offer in fire death probe
Kerry Youngs
Kerry Youngs died in hospital after a fire in a block of flats
Detectives investigating the death of a woman in a fire in Essex have offered a reward of 5,000 to help catch those responsible for the blaze.

Kerry Youngs, 24, died two days after a blaze was started on the ground floor of a block of flats in Harlow on 4 May.

She was living in the flat above with her partner, Kevin Chappel, 28, who suffered brain damage after he was deprived of oxygen.

Essex Police said they were confident someone knew who started the fire.

Two teenagers were arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and later released on police bail.

A major investigation was launched after the fire and the case was featured on the BBC's Crimewatch programme.
