Police say the couple were not the intended victims of the fire

The family of a man critically injured in a suspected arson attack in Harlow have released a picture of him in the hope of attracting more information.
Kevin Chappel, 28, is still being treated for serious burns after the fire at the block of flats in the Bush Fair area of the town last Wednesday.
His girlfriend Kerry Youngs, 24, died two days after the blaze.
Mr Chappel's parents hope the picture will encourage anyone with information to come forward.

The picture was taken in hospital on Monday on his 28th birthday.
Essex Police said Ms Youngs and Mr Chappel were not the intended victims of the fire which started in the flat below where they lived.
A police spokesman said it was thought that resident had been the target, but he had left the property three days earlier.
Police issued an e-fit of two men they wish to question in connection with the attack.
