Arson police issue plea over car
Andrea Daly
Andrea Daly died in the bedroom of her house.
Detectives investigating the death of a woman in a house fire in Essex want to trace the owner of a car seen in the area before the blaze.

Andrea Daly, 40, was trapped in her bedroom when the fire broke out at the house in Rochford Road, Prittlewell, last Thursday morning.

Officers say a small, white hatchback was seen near the house with its engine running an hour before the fire began.

A murder inquiry started after the fire which also injured Mrs Daly's two sons.

Fire investigators said they had uncovered evidence the blaze had been started deliberately.
