A man found shot in the head in Epping Forest, Essex, two months ago has been identified with the help of Interpol.
Rafal Chapczyk, 28, from Poland was found with gunshot wounds in a car park off Wake Road just before midnight on 16 July. He died later in hospital.
Mr Chapczyk, a builder and labourer who had come to the UK looking for work in January, was identified after his family reported him missing.
Police now want to hear from anyone who may have been in contact with him.
Black car
Det Supt Colin Steele said: "It is vital that we find out as much as we can about his movements over the last nine months.
"It is possible he forged links with other members of the Polish community."
Officers are keen to trace a black car parked in the area with two white men wearing baseball caps sitting inside.
They also want to talk to a man with ginger hair who was using his mobile phone nearby just after the shooting.
