A dog has been rescued by firefighters after spending several hours trapped in a river in Dorset.
Fuzzy, a small terrier, fell in the River Stour near the old Iford Bridge, Christchurch, at about 0500 BST.
Emergency services were not alerted for at least another two hours, when a crew from Christchurch and water teams from Poole and Weymouth were deployed.
In the end, Fuzzy was rescued from land using a hook. He was reunited with his owners tired and cold, but unharmed.
