Crews tackle two more heath fires

Heath fire in Dorset
The first of the four blazes at Talbot Heath occurred three weeks ago

More than 70 firefighters have tackled two further heath fires in Dorset, the latest in a spate of arson attacks.

Seven hectares (17 acres) were destroyed at Barnsfield Heath, Matchams Lane, while a "smaller" blaze destroyed land at Canford Heath in Poole.

Both blazes on Monday night are being treated as deliberate, although the fire service said there was no evidence they were linked.

It comes a day after the fourth fire at Talbot Heath in Poole.

Four hectares (10 acres) were destroyed when a blaze broke out on Sunday.
