The reptiles are native to the south-east Asia region
An aquarium in Dorset has taken delivery of its first ever water dragon reptiles.
The Oceanarium in Bournemouth, which is home to more than 300 different species, will house three of the new species in its reptile sanctuary.
The water dragons' new home is designed to resemble the exotic climes they would enjoy in their native home of south-east Asia.
It has a humidifying spray system and a constant temperature of 30C (86F).
Oliver Buttling, curator at the attraction, said: "The arrival of the water dragons is very exciting and this is definitely a first for us.
"The display we have spent time creating mimics the natural tropical habitat the reptiles are accustomed to, which we hope they will explore, enjoy and embrace as their new home."
