For the millionaires who think they have everything - a 30-acre island has gone on sale for more than £1m.
Although the owner would not be given planning permission to build a house on Long Island in Poole Harbour, Dorset - he or she is allowed to pitch a tent.
Described by estate agent Stephen Noble as "a very unique thing to own", Long Island is a wildlife haven.
Owners Rempstone Estates is selling the land, which boasts superb views and comprises woodland, cliffs and beaches.
Mr Noble, who is overseeing the sale, said: "I think whoever buys it won't have contemplated owning an island.
"It will be one of those things that just takes their fancy."
The island is one of five in Poole Harbour, which also includes Sandbanks, one of the most exclusive towns to live in the UK.
He or she will also have Studland beach and Brownsea Island for neighbours.
A flat boat, which is run by the beach, ferries visitors back and forth.
The island also boasts "spectacular views of Purbeck Hills".
