The cameras are set to help reduce and prevent anti-social behaviour

New spy cameras are set to help catch and prosecute fly-tippers who dump rubbish in streets in Dorset.
The cameras, priced at £300 each, are just 2.5in (6.4cm) and will be hidden in bin bags, trees and walls around Weymouth and Portland.
They will be installed this week and the Environmental Health department can monitor them from their head quarters.
Cllr Doug Hollings said the cameras are there "to encourage local people to respect their own environment."
Combat vandalism
In parts of Weymouth and Portland, which have wheelie schemes, residents are limited to the amount of rubbish they can put out for collection.
The council said some people have been dumping their excess waste illegally in neighbouring areas which have bin-liner collection schemes.
A council spokeswoman said: "It's not to do with people putting out their normal rubbish - there's no plans to charge people for that.
"It's to do with the people illegally dumping rubbish on someone else's street."
The camera system, will also be used to combat vandals, drug users and other anti-social behaviour.
