The speed camera is located outside a Bournemouth hospital

A speed camera near a hospital has been targeted by an arsonist.
Police believe a motorist placed a tyre over the camera and set light to it shortly after midnight.
Paul Smith, of the anti-speed camera group Safe Speed, said there had been six incidents like this in the UK this week, with drivers at "breaking point".
Fire crews extinguished the camera blaze on the dual carriageway near the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Dorset.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: "We want to speak to anyone who saw a car pulling up or anyone acting suspiciously in the area before or after midnight."
Mr Smith, whose road safety campaign group, Safe Speed, is critical of speed cameras, said: "It's going on a lot more. Motorists are probably at breaking point."
