New appeal after restaurant arson
Detectives have made a fresh plea for information after an arson attack on a flat above an Indian restaurant.

Two people who work at the restaurant had to flee after the fire broke out in the early hours of Friday.

Police are now awaiting the results of forensic tests to establish the exact cause of the fire at Indis Restaurant on Seamoor Road, Bournemouth.

They have not yet made any arrests and there has been no response so far to a public appeal for witnesses.

Police are not treating the arson attack as racially motivated.
