A strike by bus drivers has been avoided after bosses and union members agreed a pay deal.
Workers at Wilts & Dorset Bus firm were threatening a one-day strike on Tuesday if the dispute was not resolved.
But a second ballot of members of the Rail, Transport and Maritime Union (RMT) resulted in staff accepting a pay deal worth 5% over 12 months.
The firm has 600 workers operating a fleet of 300 vehicles from six depots, including Poole and Salisbury.
A total of 90% of union members turned out to vote in the ballot, returning a 61% vote to accept the offer.
